Commission Info

TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Payment Methods
Ko-fi Shop (Stripe / PayPal)
PayPal Invoice
Bank transfer (Nomad, USD)
Payment schedule:
Notan Sketch: 100% upfront (no revisions, quick turnaround)
Portrait / Full Body: 50% upfront, remaining 50% due before final delivery
Add-ons: paid with final installment or via Ko-fi Coffee
2. Refund Policy
Before work begins: 100% refund
After sketch approval: 50% refund (if 100% was paid upfront; if only 50% was paid, no refund — work already started)
After coloring / rendering begins: no refund
If I cannot complete the commission: 100% refund
Refunds processed within 7 business days
3. Revisions
Notan Sketch: 0 revisions — delivered as-is
Portrait: 1 revision at sketch stage
Full Body: 2 revisions — sketch/composition + final tweaks (minor adjustments only)
Major changes after approval incur an additional fee
4. License & Rights
Client Rights (Personal Use):
Share artwork online with proper credit (@loodinoo)
Use as profile picture, wallpaper, or personal print
Do not alter, trace, or claim artwork as your own creation
Commercial Use:
Available for all commission types at +50% of total price
Includes merchandise, branding, streaming assets, etc.
Full rights transfer available upon request (negotiated separately)
